Our restaurant in Waldhotel Fehrenbach is called “Zur Goldenen Esche”. Not far from Alpersbach and Hinterzarten, we are easy to reach and yet in the lap of nature. We are particularly proud of our fine Black Forest cuisine with sophisticated herbs. First class ingredients from the local region and honest craftsmanship make us a destination for real connoisseurs. While our cooks ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection, our pastry cook conjures up new cakes, pastries and different varieties of bread every day.

Our high standard has helped the restaurant to be given mentions in Gusto, Michelin, Varta and the Aral-Schlemmeratlas.
